Disappointed as went to buy a couple of Gluten Free wraps on Sunday but there were none :(
Went to Subway, Cleveland yesterday. Worst experience I have ever had to order a takeaway meal. I had my 2 grandchildren with me. The girl took their order and began to ring it up on the register and I told her that I wanted to order 2 more meals yet. She left the grandkids meals on the counter. Then the boy and her served about 10 other people. I said to the girl ' when can I expect you to finish my order' She said I would have to go back to the end of the line, which I did. They would not listen to our full order, just kept trying to push more customers through before completing our order. Did the same to other customers. Very poor "management" , terrible communication & listening skills.
Came back to give them a second chance. Kept me waiting while they made my subway even though I had ordered it 30 minutes prior 😳 not the same since new owners took over
