I went to subway to order three sandwiches. One sandwich, the first order, the girl read from my phone and said ok. What type of bread would you like and proceeded to tell me the types, I settled on ham and cheese to which they both exclaimed “ham and cheese” and I said yes please. This is my local subway and I've ordered sandwiches through their online portal several times without any issues in the past (occasionally, they'd be out of something, but very smooth communication otherwise). On my last visit, about 6 weeks ago, I ordered two footlong sandwiches. When I got back to work, I opened the bag and found one of my sandwiches was made into a six inch.
