Not a great experience. No one greets you. They have a dual ordering system of a kiosk or a counter with zero priority based on time. Staff were not overly busy but barely spoke with you. Quality of food was pretty good but no one cares about you visiting them.
They couldn’t make me a ham and turkey sandwich….because she didn’t know how to enter it into the POS system. Just bewildering.
Didn’t think you could have a bad experience at a subway but we did. We put in a simple order of 2- 6 inch subs, no modifications or anything. It took a good 10 minutes just to get the order inputted, and then the person said that she was just gonna charge extra because she couldn’t find the button for the 6 inch cold cut. When I declined to pay extra for the sandwich, she went to the back for a few minutes and came back and said that her supervisor was coming out to fix it. I stood inline to get a sub and was told I had to order online at a kiosk and have them make it when they get to it or it would take longer. I stood for 5 mins thinking they would take my order after making a couple online orders so I could get it made my way like subway is supposed to be but they just ignored me as I stood in front of the glass where you are supposed to take my order. Just close this store. The workers are rude refuse to use their register while even standing around. Watching elderly struggle to use the machine. 24.80 for a ft long drink and 2 cookies. Save money and stop anywhere else.
