Staff tried so hard not to fill the sandwich, 1/4 is just bread and sauce. Only 1+1/2 scoops of chicken and 3 pieces of cucumber on a foot long.
Ritika served me very well
I ordered a vegetarian sub and was surprised to find chicken nuggets placed in the English cheese buckets, which raises concerns about cross-contamination. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was told, “This is Australia.” I’ve lived in Australia for over 20 years and have never received such a response when raising a genuine concern. I found it quite dismissive and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure food safety and respectful customer service.
The staff are so loud!!! Bring the service down, they’re just yelling their conversations across the subway. We can’t even hear the person in front of us having a conversation or ourselves.
