I was served by Jade she was helpful when I couldn't see the menu. Great Customer service.
The staff are incredible! (The Owners ☺️) the food immaculate. Both so friendly, I WILL come here again. This is hands down the best subway I have ever been to, thank you for being you!
I have never in my life experienced staff this rude at a customer service restaurant. A $10 Veggie Delight deal was advertised on their screen, but when I asked for it they refused, tried to charge me extra, and then flat out declined to serve me when I questioned it. Misleading promotion is bad enough, but the attitude and behaviour of the staff were absolutely unacceptable.
Got a footlong subway today . The girl told me that i can only get 3 sauces. I usually get 4 and was trying to do the same. But i said okay. Maybe she should read the policies. But yes she was very kind. And made a good subway.
