I have never in my life experienced staff this rude at a customer service restaurant. A $10 Veggie Delight deal was advertised on their screen, but when I asked for it they refused, tried to charge me extra, and then flat out declined to serve me when I questioned it. Misleading promotion is bad enough, but the attitude and behaviour of the staff were absolutely unacceptable.

Got a footlong subway today . The girl told me that i can only get 3 sauces. I usually get 4 and was trying to do the same. But i said okay. Maybe she should read the policies. But yes she was very kind. And made a good subway.

The owner was the rude as and arrogant. He was using same gloves for veg and chicken and beef. He said don't come here if you don't want. I will contact town centre management as well.

Vegie part of a sub is fresh and tasty and there's plenty of it. Unfortunately the same can't be said of the meat part which is bland and tasteless no matter which variety you choose and I've tried most. The service at Rouse Hill was quick and pleasant despite the staff being a little tired. The clutter and noise of food courts is a necessary, but regretful, part of the experience.
