Really bad service, they rush you when there isn't even a que, all to not listen and make it incorrectly anyway. The girl working today thought it was okay to add a non requested salad to my roll and then when I told her I didn't ask for that she wiped half of it off then tried to pick out the pieces and then cover it up with another salad choice. No consideration for allergies, then when I said I didn't want it now, she looked utterly confused 🤔

This Subway location is openly racist and hostile, especially toward staff of colour. The owner frequently shouts at them in front of customers and other employees, showing zero basic respect. Meanwhile, white staff are treated with courtesy and placed in customer-facing roles, even if they’re clearly less experienced. Worst subway ever. Both owner and his wife are so rude. I spent $16 for subway that was completely dry. Not enough sauce . And the wife was giving horrible locks with her eyes. So terrible .Never recommend. The one near Blackburn station is far better than this one. Will never go again there.

The woman serving is abrupt and rude. You can tell the employees are stepping on egg shells. They also give you the smallest amounts of any the ingredients you request. The box hill south location is much better.
