Came in a few hours before closing to find one employee and a long lineup. Against better judgment, we waited it out, and that was definitely a mistake. Employee told us she was new, and didn't know how to make the sandwiches properly, but didn't bother looking to confirm what went into each sandwich. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but the employee working at this location today around 5 PM was SO unpleasant and rude that I actually ended up leaving with one sandwich instead of the four and salad that I intended to come in and get. Was so frustrated that I left without grabbing her name, but she seemed late 20s mid 30s of south Asian descent and I believe she had glasses. This is my favourite location…as long as Kiran is working! Always had great service and properly loaded sandwiches from her! Store is always clean and staff always friendly! Cookies are always awesome! At the end of the day, it’s a franchise sandwich shop and I don’t expect artisan, gourmet food, but this joint hits the spot for a quick lunch!
