Bought a 12" meatball sub.I noticed one staff member restocking by pooring carrot and onion straight in on-top of the old.No clean metal tub.I got the last of the meatballs and sauce!!!!She scrapped out the last of the dried sauce and what I realised later was old shrunken mummified meatballs.I wonder how they restocked that and when do they finally clean!!!!!!
Poor customer service, waited 10 minutes to be served (I was the only customer) and the lady was really rude and continued to roll her eyes the entire time
Why is it every time I order exactly the same wrap at this store they charge more for it. Plus every time you need to repeat to staff making your order that it needs more salad than the minuscule amount they think is ok. I won’t be going back to this store.
Whoever was working today (May 26 at 12noon) provided horrendous service to my mum. She Just kept repeating the same question like a robot and we couldn’t understand her. No smile, no warmth or patience. She had no customer service skills or respect for my mum and it wasn’t even busy so it wasn’t a stressful sitch. She even threw the sub at us!!! Please train your staff basic manners.
