I saw a “next-level snacking” sign at the door from outside this store, advertising churros for $2.00 and went in to order one. I paid for it and walked out the door, then realized I’d been charged $2.99. I immediately went back in and asked for a $1 refund. They said they couldn’t do that, that only the manager could authorize that and he wasn’t there.
