From The moment we rolled in (2 handicapped persons on mobility devices) Tilly and Mr. Will were completely attentive, courteous, patient, and helpful. Subway would be more attractive to me if all the Subways were managed this way. Kudos to these 2 employees.
T was amazing, very professional and literally went above and beyond to provide excellent customer services. Today he was the only person working and gracefully greeted everyone who walked in, communicated effectively with everyone in the line apologizing for the delay as he managed the drive thru line. I was very impressed and appreciative.
The sweetest crew!!
