Couldn’t quite give them 1-star as we’ve had several acceptable visits in the past. Today’s order, however, was unacceptable. Ordered online with a set pickup time. Arrived 5 minutes prior to pickup time as I like to make sure they are made fresh. Food was already made and waiting- pickup time was completely disregarded. Bread for both of the sandwiches was hard and clearly old. Probably should have been thrown out instead of given to a customer. Toppings on the sub were wrong- didn’t match our order at all. As with another recent review I had the cold cut with similar toppings and am still regretting it two days later. Something's not quite right at the moment there.
