Staff was incredibly rude, ordered a foot long sub, was made wrong and when called to get a refund or remade they claimed that they “don’t do refunds” and that “they wouldn’t remake it.” When requesting a manager they did not put one on the phone to try and fix this issue. Do not order here.
Ordered from here on uber eats, order was completely wrong, I called to ask them to remake it or refund it and they refused AND hung up.
This will be two of three places I'll be visiting in the Airdrie area because I traded a pack of Subway gift cards with my sister I'm not a Subway fan for many years now, never liking the way they used to cut a channel into the bread and at one point I remember them trying to convince me bacon was not a part of a clubhouse sandwich 🥲 The service here was pleasant and had an atmosphere typical for a sub shop, the dining area was clean and had well kept furniture, surrounded by deals of the week and such.
