The food was awful the bun was so hard I couldn’t even eat it, it had barely any bacon and was put together so messy, when I ordered online it also said a Ciabatta bun! I had to throw out the entire meal I couldn’t even bite through it
Let me start with the dirtiest bathroom we have ever seen. The service was okay and the quantity of vegetables on our subs lacked. The employee got Into a tiff with a customer for automatically adding a tip to the machine 🤷♂️. The bathroom alone will make me skip this place in the future.
They gave me literally 2 pieces of chicken on my sub don’t order online
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. On Feb 13 at 11:35 AM, I politely asked the server (male) to change his gloves because I’m allergic to certain ingredients. Instead of doing it, he started arguing with me like I was asking for something unreasonable. Imagine arguing with a customer about a simple food safety request. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable.
