The young girl working on June 2 around 7pm was so nice! The food was great as usual but it's rare to see fast food workers who aren't in the best mood or are only there for a paycheck. This young lady was so friendly and pleasant!
*"Terrible Experience – Missing Items & poor quality This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway. Not only was the sandwich poorly made with dry bread and limp veggies, but when I got home, I realized they forgot key items I paid extra for—no avocado, missing cheese, and the drink I ordered wasn’t even in the bag. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, and the whole order felt slapped together with zero care. Definitely not the “Eat Fresh” they promise. Total waste of money.
The customer service was great .. they pay great attention to detail . Even helped me register with the subway rewards plan .. I will be back for sure 👍🏾
My wife and I went to this subway for dinner. We followed another individual into the establishment. As the young lady was helping him, we noticed her rolling her eyes at him when he asked for his chicken to be heated separately. She continued with a very bad attitude.
