Cold Cut Combo: I should've taken pictures of this awful footlong sandwich from the Webber Greens Subway. Any time I've ordered it from other locations, its been fantastic, but this location was AWFUL. First, this sandwich is supposed to have 3 different meats. Mine only had bologna. Went in just before 9 p.m. to grab subs for the family. The restaurant was freezing cold and many items were missing — no pickles or jalapeños, and the tomatoes looked several days old. Most of the sauces were nearly empty. The cold cuts for the cold cut combo were empty and had to be brought out from the back, but when we got home the meat was basically frozen. I visited the store today around 9:30 PM. All the food items were fresh, and the store was busy. Despite the strong smell in the environment, a staff member continued to work efficiently and professionally. I sincerely appreciate her dedication and commitment to her work.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a very poor experience at this Subway location today. The employee who prepared my order forgot to add 2× cheese, even though it was clearly included with my meal. When I pointed this out, instead of correcting it properly, the order became even more messed up. On top of that, the employee did not have her hair properly tied or covered with a cap, which is very concerning from a food safety and hygiene perspective.
