The guy who recently shared a review under Sam's name—I was behind him while making the sub. He wanted to eat the entire restaurant; he was asking the server for extra vegetables again and again. Even I was wondering how he was going to eat that much. Eventually, when he realized his mistake, he started arguing and then gaslighting the staff. I was behind him, and the staff was very polite in tackling the situation, but he was shouting. Probably trying to becone a heroine infront of his wife. 😅
Oh I wish there’s 0 star as an option. This extremely rude guy made our sandwiches and made it so terrible that he couldn’t even close the sandwich, filled it to the brim, literally forcing me to eat with a spoon! That’s how messy this sandwich was. When expected accountability, this guy began frantically calling someone up higher and began making excuses that’s how sandwiches are made!! I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Miki. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and polite throughout my visit. He made everything smoothly and had such a positive attitude. Truly excellent customer service!
It has been a long time since I've been to this Subway, and im so glad I came back at the right time to have a great worker help me get my order going! Big thanks to Miki for giving me a great experience back at this subway, and awesome food! I will definitely be coming back when I want subway next!
