Terrible experience at this Subway. I asked to have my sandwich grilled, which I do at other locations all the time without a single issue. A brown guy refused and gave me the excuse of “too many toppings,” which simply wasn’t true. My sandwich had a normal amount, nothing excessive at all. This shows either laziness or a complete lack of customer care. Other Subways manage the exact same request easily, so why can’t this location?
