Ordered a Veggie Delite on September 17 around 8:45 PM. The bread was completely burnt and hard like a biscuit. When I called to complain, the employee said, “I can’t do anything,” and disconnected the call. Terrible food and even worse customer service. Never returning to this location.
We dont eat out very often but when we do, we go to this subway. Rupal is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and remembers what we order as soon as she sees us. She makes our subs perfect. Her son is also fantastic and I apologize I dont remember your name. Thank you for the great experience everytime. Keep up the great work.

Thank you to the kind sandwich artist on Thoroldstone Road and Dorchester Rd, she helped me decide on the Monday special menu and my daughter and I ate indoors. She was very courteous, polite. We enjoyed our meal here!
