I eat at this location often and usually very satisfied BUT whoever the female and male was who was working on day 4-3-25 during the night shift were very rude and isolated me. They didn’t welcome me or tell me to have a nice day as they did other customers. I ordered online and when I got there the female told the male they still have 10 minutes to make it. Will never go to this location again, why should people that made online orders have to wait, when the sandwich is laying right there on the counter?? I don't care if it's only one person there. It only takes 5 seconds to hand me my food, THAT'S THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF USING ONLINE ORDERING, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT!! That's literally how it works. Both of our sandwiches were not toasted. They didn't have cheese and it's not the first time. This was a online order next time I'm going to have to open my sandwich in front of them and make sure it's done right
