Just left here extremely disappointed. Went through the drive thru was asked what sub, bread and cheese. I thought as they were building it, they were asking veggies to have them ready. They never offered to toast my sub. I said that's toasted right? She said no. I said is like it toasted, she said with the veggies on it? They're on it already. Food was great, staff and cleanliness great. I have a concern on the unsecured washrooms and policy. Not sure if it's by corporate direction but there's 1 washroom that's gender neutral. No problem, I respect that. The remaining washroom was not able to be locked and had 2 stalls. Men and Ladies enter at same time. No signage. Asked manager on duty regarding this and he suggested using handicapped washroom. Not a solution or fair to handicapped persons. Really have a concern with this. Will not be returning to this location
Got amazing customer service from daniel and made me an amazing subway sandwich
