This subway experience was amazing! Her customer service skills were stellar! She had one order in front of me via online orders but was staying engaged. The sandwiches were made with consideration and tasted like it would based on the way it was presented! Perfect! Thank you Moji for such an authentic interaction and for making the sandwiches with perfection. I ordered 3 cookies and 2 gatorades just because of how kind she was. Thank you again Moji! I'll be coming here for a sub from now on. Give her a raise!
Bad customer service ella very disrespectful. I came and ordered at 8 o'clock so I could be if my daughter's program lunching thing at 1210 I already paid at 8 o'clock in the morning and my food was not ready. And then in fact, they kept on messing up My food went to my daughter's school. Ella Hair was all in my food. Biting into hard bread kind of ruins it. Everything else was great but I wouldn't come back if this is the norm.
Ms. Moji and Ms. Ella are an absolute treat! They do such a good job!
Ordered online and asked for less sriracha and ended up with this…. Thank goodness I didn’t order the Baja chipotle it would’ve been inedible. Please pay attention to your requests that customers give. Definitely won’t be back to this location for lunch ….
