Owners are clearly just trying to maximize profits. One employee handling a lunch rush can't keep up with the line of customers (staffing issue, not employee performance) let alone the mobile orders that kept piling up. She was working her tail off to try and handle all the customers by herself. Took 25 minutes to order a sandwich. There were at least 4 customers I witnessed walking out because the line was taking too long.

The gentleman named Kevin made my sandwich and it was one best subs i ever had!! He was also very patient with my order and questions and just came off as a very kind soul. That's second time he's waited on me and he's a delight and sandwich has been spot on delicious both times so I felt need leave him a review!! Thanks Kevin for wonderful subs and your kindness ❤️
Came to pick up my online order in store an as soon as walk in the doors attitudes from the employees were unacceptable in any setting. An when I approached the man behind the counter he didn't say how can I help you all I got was a What an I told him my sandwich was wrong could he remake it an he refused. I proceed to ask him how he would like to enjoy cold frozen meat when asked to be toasted? He said he wouldn't like it but still refused to do anything about this situation an told me to leave.
