Why are prices so high and the service so poor? Prices going higher and service getting worse never leads to a prospering business, not anywhere. Ordering was like pulling teeth. This is not about the person making a sandwich running the show. It's about customers who are paying the bill. The lady had difficulty taking orders and demanded we order her way. Went to get a to go order on 6/28/2025 around 11:30. My husband and I got the worst case of food poisoning we ever had. Still sick from it. Don't get the tuna.
