Staff seemed very angry and unpleasant, they were eager to get you out the store. Service to your customers should transecend surrounding circumstances.
The employee are so unaware of the online App they need better training.
They were reusing a stack of dirty paper to make new sandwiches on. They were just knocking off the old sauces and condiments and keeping them in a stack to use later. I watched them pull the dirtiest one off the stack and atempt to make my sandwich on it .I asked about it, because it's disgusting, and the manager started arguing with me instead of just using a new paper. I left and for some reason the rest of my coworkers stayed. Then he continued to talk trash about me to everyone . This was nuts
Don’t lock the doors at 9:20 if you close at 10!! it’s a waste of gas and time!!!
Hella huge shout out to the gentleman there right now! Line is back up to the door he’s there by himself keeping pace with a good attitude! 3 sammichs in the toaster at once while checking ppl out! Awesome dude and I hope he’s making decent money!
