Subway needs to reconsider their franchise contract with the owner. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful to his employees. He screams at his employees in front of customers. Smells like marijuana in the back of the establishment. Sad to see this place go down hill.
I ordered from here by accident (this store is by my work) they refused to cancel or refund my order.
Phil supposed general manager laughed at me when my order didnt go through and I was charged anyways and said my money got given to him and they wouldn't make my meal. I sat for an hour on the phone with my card issuer while he left and then came back to be even more ignorant and disrespectful. He arrived back and started yelling at my car asking if everything was alright knowing we had already talked to him and it was not. There was guy that works there. light skin mix looking. Poor customer service. If you don’t like working there why work there.
