6/15/25 I placed an order for four-foot-long Subway sandwiches through the app while in the parking lot. The order was unfortunately delayed by 20 minutes due to understaffing. The food was cold, and the instructions for adding extra items and toasting the sandwich were not followed.
My online order was sent to the wrong location. I am not sure why it changed from the one I use. I immediately called to cancel it. No one answered. I called for 10 minutes straight with no answer. I then thought well maybe when I don't show up to pick my order up it will be refunded. I checked on my app and it had a status of picked up. I did not pick it up.
