Really Bad Customer Service. I was there today, a younger man and another man with long hair help me but the experience was overall bad. Customer Service was so BAD! From the way they made my sandwich to the POS. Just left me paying no tip for them, almost walked away without a sandwich. One Employee was wearing earbuds. Fresh and delicious they had plenty of fresh food out at around 6:30pm, so very good
I went in on a Saturday evening and wasn’t greeted although I said hi. I stood there ready to order and the guy was eating and told me “you’re going to be waiting awhile” and when I said okay and looked at my options he says “you don’t have to just stand there”. He was really rude for no reason and when I asked how long do I need to wait he just shrugged. He gave no explanation and went in the back. Everything was stocked so I don’t know why he refused my service. No one else was in there.
Rude teller made me uncomfortable. Sandwich was good though 😋
