At 5:45pm, about, we came into subway to get a hoagie after shopping after work. We had 18 minutes on our Uber so we had time to order a sub. We saw a paper that said "Be back in 10 mins". That'd be enough time, who knows how long ago they had left and it'd fit in time with our Uber. Well, after waiting 15 minutes, there still was no one at the counter. screwed up online order. put dressing on sandwich i SPECIFICALLY said NO sauce on. made bread soggy and un-edible. screwed me out of my lunch.
Customer service is by far the absolute worst I've ever experienced.
Ordered for delivery. Put the order in at 6:00. They close at 8:00. Delivery driver got there at 6:20 and said that they had "closed early." This is not the first time that we've had issues with this location.
Swung by for a quick sandwich and was really impressed with the employee Ryan. He saw there was a long line and really stepped up, kept great customer service the entire time.
