The pink-haired, female worker was too busy talking on the phone through her airpods to actually answer the store’s phone— and actually hung up on me the first time I tried to call. The woman who works here with the black hair (she was on shift tonight at 8:40 when I went in) is rude and hateful. She talks to people like they are stupid and is very disrespectful. We ordered our sub and as we were considering what bread and stuff we wanted she looked at us and just went “Ooookay?” Looked at us like we were dumb and then proceeded to elongate all her words and talk to us like we are children. I have had issues of the food making me sick due to the odd way they make the sandwiches here. Today the lady who was working was extremely rude and nearly brought me to tears over me trying to speak up because i have ibs so certain ways of making things make me physically ill and this subway is the only one in over 20 years to make me sick.
