Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a 6-inch Italian bread at 9:00 AM expecting fresh bread, but I was served bread that tasted old and stale, like it was from yesterday. It was hard and honestly not enjoyable to eat at all. For a place like Subway, freshness should be a basic standard, especially in the morning. I hope management pays more attention to the quality of the food being served.
This location is always my go to subway. But today I guess it’s my last. I just ordered 3 footlong and made all three to be divided into halves. And this how it looks like. I even have insist to label my order cause I couldn’t identify the sandwiches by the looks of its packaging and it’s for the whole family, but I have to argue first before he did. Oh boy, I lost my appetite. 😨
