I had two widely different experience at two different times. The first time I came, the lady did not talk to me for multiple minutes, doing other tasks and being very rude when I asked for items that were supposed to be on the menu. The second time, the guy was very quick, moving through the line and answering questions warmly. I understand dealing with students can make one cranky, but the first service was terrible. Staff are rude. Kinda ridiculous that au makes us pay an insanely high tuition, and this is what we’re provided with.
Don’t use Grubhub for pick-up orders; they’ll mess it up lol
