Customer service is great friendly However this Subway does not accept coupons So apparently it's the same owner that owns all 3 subways on Fair Oaks boulevard and he does not accept any coupons at none of the subway So we have to go out of our way sometimes to get a deal but God's so expensive so defeats the purpose. I think it comes down to the owners being greedy more money in their pocket We live in a wonderful world don't we.
My family love subways so this hurts to have to say. But lately when we order for in the evenings we have received poor customer service. But tonight has to be the worst. I ordered online a roast beef footlong we I got my sandwich I had two slices of roast beef that looked like it was shredded to stretch across the bread. Almost no lettuce and so much mayo and mustard it took me three napkins to wipe most of it off. The sandwich was not cut and there was no napkins with my order. Get there at 6:35 one day they supposedly close at 7....closed. I go on a Saturday and get there at 6:20.... Closed. When are you actually open?
BEWARE!!!! They cancelled a mobile order of mine, and REFUSE to give me my money back. These people are shady!!
