Friendly service. Always good subs.
AWFUL customer service. I attempted to order a sub online using a $2 off any sub coupon from the Sub Club. I continuously got an error that read 'cart error'. I verified that the location accepted this particular coupon in the Subway application. I DROVE to the location to get the order placed with a worker and use the coupon. I was told by a foreign worker that 'we do not accept. I cannot do that'. I explained that they were in the network for accepting this coupon but it appears that the application is malfunctioning. I don’t know who the gentleman is that I always encounter when I come to this subway, but he’s always by him self towards the end of the night…. and let me just say he is very pleasant and polite. He does a great job with my order. And I just felt he deserved to be acknowledged and thanked!
