Good afternoon, At around 6pm on 9/10/2025 at the Subway inside of FIU one of your employees dropped a receipt in the lettuce. When I told her I didn’t want that lettuce because she kept throwing trash on it she mixed the lettuce with the other lettuce and told me “now its all the same thing”.
