we went here yesterday evening and the children we were with went to this location and the woman at the front counter was disrespectful and discriminatory towards them stating they are broke and they can't afford the subs which was an assumption on her part and she chose not to serve them and called security on them due to they were corresponding with her for service and then when we showed up due to they called us to advise us of the situation and we went to find out from her why she wouldn't provide service to them she was... read more

During my recent visit to Subway at Edmonton Mall, I had an excellent experience thanks to Binay. She has a very pleasant and helpful nature, and went out of her way to ensure I had the best meal. I was unsure about what to order, but Binay patiently guided me in selecting the right vegetarian sub. She also suggested the most suitable sauces and ingredients to perfectly complement my choice. Her knowledge, friendliness, and genuine care for customers truly made a difference.
There is no option of half star otherwise I will give half star.
