My dog was dying (gradually, from old age, poor thing was 15) and had pain from some undiagnosed problem (wasn't worth putting him through the diagnostics to get details). Suburban Veterinary REPEATEDLY failed to refill his prescriptions for pain meds. In one instance, I found out around 11:00 am on a Friday that my local pharmacy did not have the drug Suburban Veterinary had prescribed on Tuesday.
