Sorry you didn't feel the Service you received was worth the dollar amount. We are up front about the cost estimate of the repair and costs explained at the time a service call is taken as well. You have a 1994 Maytag Washer that smoked reportedly and the Tech came out for what was found to need a Two Speed Motor. The total cost estimate was given @ $454.00 to replace same and was felt not cost effective, therefore as the Tech offered to get the machine going by pushing the Start by hand. $89.95 was charged for the Serv... read more

CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED. It was NOT MENTIONED before I booked with them. Work was done efficiently, time of arrival had no window but was done within 24 hrs which is a plus. Technician did call just prior to arrival. I would recommend but warn customer to have check ready.
