This company sent someone out to fix my gas that was leaking and the guy couldn’t fix it but they charged me anyway and then sent someone else to fix it and also charged me again for that person coming. When I refuse to pay for the first guy (but paid the second guy) They came out on a Friday when no one was home and turned our gas off. I wanted to switch service to this company but received a very bad experience. Started out with a technician coming for an inspection, said we had a gas leak and that the piping, fittings were installed wrong. Before left he said he has disconnected gas, and will come back if we open the walls so he can inspect further to determine where is the leak.
