I called ask for refill. Said it could take up to 10 days. I'm thinking these days that crazy. China is around 7400 miles from Chattanooga, and you place an order in China it can be here 14 days. I'm less than 50 miles from suburban gas and it can take up to 10 days wow. That's why I give 3 stars.
Nice people but billing is a constant problem with this company.
Terrible customer service, highly overpriced, never allow them to service your home
Man, really unfortunate I still have to give one star. It’s undeserved. We moved into our house mid Feb with 60% in the tank. We called to inform the company it was a different account, the previous family moved. No problem, prompt phone service. No fill discussed or scheduled. A week and a half later a truck shows up, no knock; no request from us, nothing. They march right back to the tank and “fill” it. $3.60 a gallon. $388 invoice left on the door. This is company is an absolute JOKE and very UNORGANIZED.The customer service is poor and very unhelpful. Had trouble getting in touch with them every time.
