My wife just called to get a simple price. The lady who answered was from another country. ( Go figure). Could not understand a word she said. She put us on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. As the owner of a large rental business I have decided not to go with this company. See ya

I called ask for refill. Said it could take up to 10 days. I'm thinking these days that crazy. China is around 7400 miles from Chattanooga, and you place an order in China it can be here 14 days. I'm less than 50 miles from suburban gas and it can take up to 10 days wow. That's why I give 3 stars.

Man, really unfortunate I still have to give one star. It’s undeserved. We moved into our house mid Feb with 60% in the tank. We called to inform the company it was a different account, the previous family moved. No problem, prompt phone service. No fill discussed or scheduled. A week and a half later a truck shows up, no knock; no request from us, nothing. They march right back to the tank and “fill” it. $3.60 a gallon. $388 invoice left on the door.
