They came out to our place and took our stuff that had nothing to do with there tank and caused us to be without heat last night,they had no reason to touch our stuff said they had to lock there tank but took our lines and regulator that had nothing to do with there tank,hard to tell what they do to other people in the area,told sheriff office they are on trespass notice and now you all know to keep your people off our property

Price gouging. Charging over $5 a gallon when others are charging less than $3/gal
Would not recommend!!!! We have had suburban propane for years and each year they cause more and more headaches. We’ve cancelled auto deliveries a couple years back after continuously getting bills for fuel we never requested, and yet every single year they come out multiple times a year and deliver fuel without being requested. We finally called and cancelled service after another random delivery showed up and charged us $300. I recently had a propane system installed by Suburbane Propane. I had never had a gas system before and was a little apprehensive about it. The Tech Velt Williams installed the tank exactly where I wanted it. Mounted a new tankless water heater. Connected a backup generator and hooked up and adjusted an old fireplace insert I was given by a neighbor. He used leak check at all the joints.
