From VIRGINIA MAKSEMETZ I WAS TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF MY ACCT I WROTE YOU TWO POST DATED CHECKS ONE FOR THE 23RD AND ONE FOR THE 30TH THAT IS WHEN WE GET OUR CHECKS. YOU PUT THEM THROUGH TODAY IF YOU COULDNT HOLD THEM WHY COULDNT YOU SEND THEM BACK OR TELL ME..I WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS I EVEN WROTE YOU A NOTE WERE YOU TRYING TO GET ME IN TROUBLE ON PURPOSE. I JUST CANT BELIEVE YOU DID THAT WHEN A PERSON IS TRYING TO PAY HER BILL THANK YOU
awful don't answer phone in any office called...pressed option 1 & 2 no human or recording devise to answer call or take message for 3 days straight.
I would give them a zero rating if I could. They made several commitments as to working with our account over a several month time frame and not only did not live up to them but did the exact opposite. I would give more details but do not want to provide them enough information as to identify which account we are as I am sure they would seek retribution via higher gas prices or other more unthinkable actions. I inadvertently signed a 3 yr contract - info was in fine print on pg 2 of 3. The only pricing on the contract was for my initial fill up. Who with any common sense signs a contract for gas with no yearly pricing involved? I certainly would not have knowingly done so. After initial fill up, price jumped up and I called for negotiations of pricing. They brought it down a quarter then proceeded to go even higher at next fill up.
