They don’t care about the customer. They screwed me out of $500 worth of propane that was in the tank when I switched companies and still billed me for taking the tank! They can take that out of what they owe me. Shame on them for doing this to their customers and especially during a pandemic. Pathetic !! Definitely better propane providers out there than Suburban Propane.
I would like to addendum this review. Evidently their customer service person was on vacation and the covering office staff was very overwhelmed managing the volume of calls and service. I received a call from Lisa at the Crescent City branch , who expressed genuine concern regarding my complaint and a sincere apology. We had a very good discussion, and I was reassured. Do not use Suburban Propane Coldwater. They damaged the siding on my garage and will not call back. I would not want them on my property. Not trustworthy.
They dropped off a tank for our new home then wouldn’t service it when we needed to move in. Now their tank just sits on our property as we found someone else to service us. We’ve called numerous times and they say they will pick it up and never do. That’s been 4 months ago. Come get your tank for the last time!

Such a large company with great buying power you think they would pass that on to the consumer. I found that Suburban Propane was 50 to 100% more than the local competitors for gas. As a result I’ve switched my service from Suburban to a local competitor after 8 yrs. Now if Suburban can just come pick up their tank that’s been it’s sitting on the curb for a week It would be appreciated.

Had disappointing experience with the call center for Suburban Propene. Quincy the manager called me back the next day and rectified the situation. Thanks again Quincy for all you do for your customers.
