From the time our 8 unit condo building was opened in 2016, until 2023, we had zero problems with plumbing. I had a another company come out to do a " free" inspection. The person obviously had no plumbing experience and I had to supply him pipe wrenches and a sewer cap. In the past I did a lot of plumbing. The camera was not focused so it made it impossible to see clearly. He concluded that the sewer had to be replaced at a cost of $25,000 . We had a major plumbing issue in the basement of one of the properties we managed. There was a backed up sewage line and left easily a foot of waste on the floor that needed to be disposed of and sanitized. One plumber told us we had to find someone to clean it up (which was odd to me because that seems like a hazard of the job) and then we called a second plumber and he could not get past a few feet with his scope.
