Jeremy and his colleague arrived within the scheduled time window to check out the catch basin. I shared my questions and concerns, and Jeremy explained what connections were active, and flushed the drain. I have a better understanding of the drain system and asked what I might easily do myself in the future. Super helpful and would call again!

Called Mike and his team to hook up a new sink drain and install a new shower arm to ensure there was no leaking inside the wall. He was super responsive (even at night and on the weekend), told me exactly what to buy, to include where at the store to find it, and then made time to fit us in the schedule at short notice.
