I have been with Ed since 1995 when he was at another facility. They have taken excellent care of me and my entire family over the years. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their patients. Over the years they have become friends and I would not even consider going to anyone else. The best facility and staff around.
The staff and therapists are amazing. My family has utilized this practice for knee rehabilitation following surgery, as well as sports-related issues from soccer and gymnastics. They go above and beyond when working with children.
Both my teenage daughter and I have received treatment at Suburban Physical Therapy in Twinsburg and have had very positive experiences. I no longer suffer from chronic back and shoulder pain and my daughter now has considerable relief as well. The therapists are professional and knowledgeable and the front desk staff kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to be helpful. I accidentally attached a piece of outgoing mail to the bill I was paying one day and the receptionist mailed it for me! That’s service!
