I also could not disagree more with the 1 star review on here. I would rate Dr. Harris and his staff 6 stars if I could. He and his staff are extremely friendly, personable, and made me feel very comfortable. I have never had periodontal surgery and was nervous about it and about what my diagnosis would be. Dr. Harris and his staff put me at ease, took very good care of me, and made me laugh. I absolutely love his personality and his staff's! Worst Dental care of my 60 years. Harris completely mismanaged my care from the diagnosis to the execution of the procedures. I had an implant and a bridge both of which literally fell out within a few years. He cost me significant dental restoration that cost tens of thousands of dollars because I could not have teeth restored in the areas he mismanaged. Please do not subject yourself to this incompetence
Dr. Harris and his team are wonderful. I was a new patient to the office and they exceeded my expectations and blew me away. Prior to my appointment, I was in tremendous pain and Dr. Harris and his assistant treated me so kindly and showed me true compassion when I needed it the most. Kari went above and beyond to help me schedule my appointments in a timely manner, which relieved so much stress. After a rough week, their professionalism and empathy did not go unnoticed by me. Dr. Alan Harris and his team are phenomenal. They have been treating me for the past few months on a variety of procedures and are always so fun & welcoming. I dread anything related to oral/dental care, but I don't mind coming to see them they make it a fun experience. Very friendly and nice folks. Dr. Harris has been doing this for 20+ years and his experience shows. He's also hilarious and always has a good story to pass the time while he's fixing me up. Highly recommend!
