I found out after my son has been a patient here for 2 years that they decided they don't like our insurance. They can get a bill to me ASAP, but the excuse they used for not informingme? "it must have been lost I'm the mail". Like a deadbeat parent excuse. So, now my kid is sick, has vaccinations coming up that we now have to scramble to find a new dr 1 hour before a scheduled appointment. Absolutely disgusting. Pure greed. They will sell you out for a buck. Don't go here. Find someone ethical and not so greedy.
Wonderful & Caring Staff! Always able to call and get an appointment for that day. Late hours on Monday and open until noon on Saturdays.
Great group of nurses and doctors This is a great group of doctors and nurses. They are very professional and take their time to answer any questions you have and to address any concerns. Nurses answer the phone instead of receptionists, so you get answers quickly to any medical questions. I've also never had to wait longer than 5 minutes here.

They have two offices--this one in South County/South City and another in West County. Definitely go interview them if you need a pediatrician.
