Not even worth one star. We were wrongfully told that we cannot be seen any longer since we moved to NKY. I understand the insurance isn’t accepted but we were willing to pay out of pocket for a check up prior to starting school. The staff was incredibly snotty and rude. Beyond mortified they are an affiliate of the top children’s hospital in the nation. Go anywhere else but here.
Excellent doctors. Biggest issue is, as other have pointed out, there is literally no way to get a human on the phone. Have to leave messages and they either aren’t returned promptly or aren’t returned at all.
