Not even worth one star. We were wrongfully told that we cannot be seen any longer since we moved to NKY. I understand the insurance isn’t accepted but we were willing to pay out of pocket for a check up prior to starting school. The staff was incredibly snotty and rude. Beyond mortified they are an affiliate of the top children’s hospital in the nation. Go anywhere else but here.
Excellent doctors. Biggest issue is, as other have pointed out, there is literally no way to get a human on the phone. Have to leave messages and they either aren’t returned promptly or aren’t returned at all.

Waited almost an hour for a covid shot. Communication with desk was terrible. My parent signed me in and signed everything they said to and wasn’t informed he needed to be there for my shot (which was 50 minutes later) and sign another form.
