The staff is very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time I go there, I end up waiting for 30-45 minutes while the doctor sees me for 2 minutes. To make matters worse you sit in an exam room listening to the doctors and staff talk about their grand kids and European vacations. Once the doctor does see you, they want you out of there so you feel too rushed to ask follow up questions. Really, they made me feel like I was a stray cat they graciously let into their office. Drs are great but the reception from most that work in the front are great,theres a thin redheaded lady who is the most,rude ignorant,arrogant, nasty,unprofessional person i ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I hate to post about such a great team but ,one bad apple spoils the bunch.

They schedule you quickly - within 3-4 days - however when you get there the office is jam packed with patients. The patients I saw ranged in the age of 80-100. Reception was not friendly and seemed put off by me. My sense for this office is that it's an insurance mill turned by the elderly.

Go here if you can! I went here on a recommendation and the entire experience was fantastic. The front end staff were some of the most pleasant people in the medical field I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Brody and his team were honestly pretty swamped but nonetheless provided one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and timely medical help experiences I’ve been a party to.
