Who hired this old woman as a receptionist? Very rude and unprofessional. She is not happy with her job and is taking it on the patients. Woman go retire or something. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!!
For the last 30+years I have received nothing but top notch service from everyone at Suburban Orthopedic. Dr. Mannherz has saved my shoulders and knees and is about to replace my hip. He gets a 10+ in my book.
The staff is very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time I go there, I end up waiting for 30-45 minutes while the doctor sees me for 2 minutes. To make matters worse you sit in an exam room listening to the doctors and staff talk about their grand kids and European vacations. Once the doctor does see you, they want you out of there so you feel too rushed to ask follow up questions. Really, they made me feel like I was a stray cat they graciously let into their office.
