Very kind, professional and knowledgeable.
Everything was great though I am still waiting to or the report to be uploaded to my patient Portal 10 days later.
Called them to get estimate of an MRI procedure with insurance (contracted price) and i was told that they don't have this info. Every provider knows what their contract looks like and what they are supposed to get from insurance (contracted price). Hiding the contracted price is not a good practice.
