negative rating . Wish they had a negative rating -Well lets first start with the IGNORANT receptionist. Who failed to disclose her name, why because of how rude and UN- ethical she is. I would be ashamed of myself if i spoke to patients as she spoke to me. I work in the medical profession and this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also will let letting the referring dentist know not to refer.
Called this "dentist "at the end of November for a emergency because had a infected tooth I have NY state Medicaid and from the start they wanted nothing to do with me our that insurance. The tooth was removed 3-5-19 almost 4 months of pain. Let's start with the rudest front desk women I have ever delt with just unpleasant ,rude and cold.
