We have gotten routine oil changes and tire rotations a handful of times here. TWO of those times, within about a 9 month span, lug nuts were left loose on our vehicle. While I don’t expect perfection from humans, this seems extremely careless and I have never had this happen anywhere else. I will say that staff was apologetic and offered some recompense, but it does not make up for the fact that my family could have been seriously injured due to this simple error. Customer service does not exist here. I tried multiple times to schedule safety recall repair, which for some reason can not be scheduled online, only by call. I left the message and chatted to the rep. Nobody ever called me back.
Walked the lot today, noone approached us. Went inside and not one person on the floor, waited a few minutes, saw 2 guys in a room talking and eating. They never came out, after a couple more minutes walked out. HORRIBLE SERVICE, went somewhere else and bought a car. NEVER SHOP THERE.
RecommendedI say take your car to them if you feel you have a problem they were a good shop for me.
Brought my car in at 7:30 am they said it would be done by 1:18 pm. It is now 5:10 pm they close at 6. They were supposed to schedule me a ride back which didn't happen. They said they would call me twice now to give me an update which hasn't happened. Now I am stranded at home on a Friday without my car when I am supposed to be meeting people at 6. I would give them a higher rating if their prices were not higher than they should be in the first place.
Worst customer service experience. They will do anything to screw you over. Im definitely making corporate aware of how horribly this location is run
The worst service experience I've ever had. The service consultant was rude and unprofessional. This is not the way to treat a paying customer.

They lost my car, found it unlocked, killed my battery, had me wait 2.5 hrs to pick up my car since they COULDNT FIND IT, I even called ahead to ensure it was ready for pickup and someone "checked to see if it was assembled" then reported back saying it was...it was not. Was supposed to be done at 5 on Monday and i called ahead again to see if it was ready...apparently it was, but when I got there i was informed that the technician had FORGOT to repair my car!!! Awful experience.
