This rating is based solely on my experience with Dr Edward Kessler. I've been a patient for 4 years. He is exceptional. He hears me as a patient. He ensures my questions and concerns are covered. He thoroughly explains my scans. He follows up if further investigation is needed. I really respect and appreciate him!

Dr. Gualnick authorized new cpap machine but the clinic will not provide copy of prescription or authorization to my insurance so they could process my claim. After several attempted calls, the nurse said they already placed order directly with Apria that share their office and the insurance will see an authorization directly from the vendor, not from the clinic. This is fraudulent practice that I want everyone to know. Insist on your prescription.

A sleep therapy place that creates unnecessary nightmares. The office staff and some nurses are horrible. They do not give messages to the doctors and blame other office workers for not providing the services I paid for. They never returned my calls, messages or even emails. Yelled at me and had very unprofessional attitude. Spoke with another patient I met at that office, same complains about the office staff. Not recommended at all.
