David Stroop of Evans Infiniti of Dayton was the MAN! His customer service was superb! He ensured that I was well taken care of both over the phone and during my drive from Michigan to Dayton in the storm. There was no pressure to buy. I wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you to the service department for the recent service on my Nissan Frontier truck and Infiniti car. Mark (Service Manager) and his team are very professional, but I would especially like to say that Ernesto and Shea are Exceptional. They are very knowledgeable, polite, and has a well-manner approach with their customers. They recently went above and beyond to help me with a mind-boggling issues and got it fixed. Do not trust these people they tell you they're going to fix stuff for you and then once they make that deal with you they don't do it

The worst place to buy a new Infinity they keep changing their prices did it to me THREE times their salesman Darius and his boss are terrible, do yourself a favor go to Greenwich Infinity much more professional

I really hate writing this but Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove are truly disappointing. Not only did the rip me off of over $400, I drove my car from the dealer just for the check engine to come back on! Took it back and the had my car for 2 1/2 weeks to fix. Now it went from fuel injection cleaning to the timing chain needing to be replaced. Oh did I tell you somebody drove my car went thru a toll and never told me. I've worked so hard to get to a point to purchase a "nicer" vehicle. I recently purchased a QX50 from Lia Infiniti of Latham and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Let's be honest, it's never fun going to a dealership, but this was an entire different level of poor costumer service. Within the first 3 weeks of owning this car, there were issues with it.
